Ishraqat Aljism Establishment for Beauty (Glitt) protects your personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Law of Saudi Arabia.

What we collect

• Name, mobile number and email address.
• Shipping address.
• Order details and purchase history.
• Cart and checkout events, tied to your session, and to your account once you are signed in.
• Your product reviews, shown publicly after we review them — under your first name and the initial of your family name, or as “A Glitt customer”, as you choose.
• Your consent to receive marketing messages, and the record of its changes.

We do not see or store your card details. Payments are handled entirely by the approved payment gateway.

Why we collect it

• To fulfil, ship and invoice your order.
• To contact you about your order.
• To improve the store and the products.

Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary, with:

• Couriers, to deliver your order.
• The payment gateway, to complete the transaction.
• Competent government authorities, where required by law.

We do not sell your data to third parties and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

Cookies and measurement tools

This store uses cookies to run the shopping cart and remember your preferences, and one browsing-session cookie that expires 30 minutes after your last activity. With our own tools we measure which pages you open and where you came to us from — no third-party analytics script runs on the store — and we look at this only in aggregate. If you sign in or place an order, your session is linked to your account with us. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the store may not work.

How long we keep it

Order data is kept for as long as Saudi accounting and commercial regulations require, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate.
• Ask us to delete it, unless a legal obligation prevents this.

Data security

The store runs over an encrypted connection, and access to order data is limited to those who need it to fulfil the order.
