Preparation time
Your order is prepared within 1 to 2 business days. Every pouch is filled and wrapped by hand in Riyadh, so we would rather take our time than rush it.

Tracking
As soon as the parcel is handed to the courier, we email you a link to track it here on our site, with the tracking number.
Address accuracy
Please check your address and mobile number before confirming your order. If a parcel can't be delivered and comes back to us, we'll get in touch and send it again — the second shipping is on you.
Delivery attempts
The courier makes delivery attempts according to its own policy. If delivery fails, contact us and we will follow up with them.
Delays outside our control
Shipments can be delayed during peak seasons or by operational issues at the courier. We will tell you as soon as we know.

Not available. Payment is made online when the order is placed.
